It takes two to dance a Tango. I cannot believe that this lady (?) really started an argument about a 50 Baht fee. Whatever happend, physical force is not acceptable, but the fact is: she trespassed private property which was the the starting point. So my conclusion is that she ultimately is to blame. Might be a cultural thing too as in Russia - as evidenced by numerous dash cam video clips - a 'hands on'-mentality to resolve disputes seems not to be rare. 

This notwithstanding, this sort of news is not a good promotion for Thailand in general and Koh Samui in particular.
