TM47 submitted but still in 'pending' status after ten days

Always used an Agent. 500 baht. Same day approval.
never accepted that original passport required and that an approved stay permit was subject to further approvals. it should be simply “90 day Notice Received”. Or scrap it ffs. Bs admin.

Very sensible, I would too if online wasn't so easy.  For everything else, I use my agent every time. Haven't been near an Immigration office for years, since pre Covid and that was only to collect my multi re- entry stamp.

Opposite practice for me. Always happy to do all my govt. business direct & personal EXCEPT Retirement Visa/ Permit and online 90 day hit & miss then so I heard and refused to play Immy Humiliation games……my Yellow Housebook was a complete Nightmare …. But No Agent wanted to deal with my famously corrupt & difficult local municipality ……

I make every effort to stay right away from any government organization, or any local or National Authority.  I do this here and in the UK.

They are in fact on the whole surprisingly good (with notable exceptions identified!) , even used public hospitals ( need patience & time!) as “ trial” & massive money saver, forensic police report, driving licences, vehicle transfers & tax, tourist visas, land office, electric bills;  all good service for myself. my Thai lady deployed sometimes as “ facilitator” (YB  impossible without her & supportive friends & 3BB )

3BB Wi-Fi Service operates as a ( difficult) Govt. Dept… impossible to engage properly without my lady who has taken this service over completely ( had no idea what was going on with that account even with office visit !!).
