How did she enter Malaysia? on a employment contract or as a tourists visa? It is obvious that she has entered via a 30 day tourists visa and might be working illegally in Malaysia. No one can creamate the body of another person in Malaysia unless there is a police report. Only the next of kin or close family can get the police report to cremate the body.
