Not much of a clam fan.

Do you get good oysters there?  Personally I adore oysters, raw, seasoned or lightly cooked kilpatrick or tempura.  Best ever were had in tasmania, plump juicy and when fried it enhances that unique flavour!

Yeah we have great Oyster bars all over Boston and New England 

 

Although I think they are a bit better up in Canada in Novia Scotia and New Foundland in colder waters

These are absolutely good! Get them in Japan too :)

You can only get these in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine in the US
