It is not about the value of the souvenir that they stole. It is the act of stealing and itchy hands. These has to be reported and stern actions has to be taken so that the rest will behave properly. Thai people are nice to tourists, it is some of these cheapskate stupid travellers that spoil the name. It is very obvious that those from the western world are fond of taking peoples possession as they like. And they are the real trouble makers in Thailand.

Screen shot their faces from the video.  Make up a big poster to put in the store's window, like a Wanted Poster.

Shame them.

A previous suggestion hits the spot. Run a blown up picture of the culprit’s face and post it online. Any friend or acquaintance seeing it would notify them of their notoriety .
What bothers most of us is the utter disrespect they have for the shop owner,  who is just trying to make a living, and the Thai people in general.  Shame !

"The stolen products were worth about 200 baht, and he did not report the theft to the police."

That is a shame as these two thieving bitches would benefit from a night or two locked up before paying a hefty fine and compensation.
