Will this new approach to drug abuse work?

Have dealt with alcoholics, homeless and druggies in another life time.

Street alcoholics, some are that way so they can mentally cope, some to forget and their choice, when they ASK for help, then give 100%. They are ready to come back to society.

Homeless, ask for help, then give100%. They want back but don't know the way.

Druggies sorry not interested. My life is too short to waste time on them.
