Week 16 is done and here we are now at the World Cup break. A couple of surprises over the weekend and three players left in for for Week 17. @Slacker77 still leads the way, but the chasing pack is gaining ground, particularly "that man" @Marble-eye, who pulled a rabbit out of the hat with his selection of Bournemouth on Saturday.

Week 17 fixtures are scheduled for December 26th, which seems like an awfully long time away. I'll go for Crystal Palace, with @Marble-eye and @spicy_girl also to submit.

Two dreadful performances by Crystal Palace and Everton mean that whatever happens in our remaining fixture, all players are back in for Week 18. The kick off for the first game is 19:45, 30th December UK time. After seeing how poor Palace were, I'll go for Bournemouth this time.

Another interesting point of note is that Newcastle United are the first team to be selected by everyone. Very astute group we have here 

The first game this round kicks off at 19:45 tonight UK time. The "LPS teams" in action are West Ham tonight, followed by Newcastle, Bournemouth and Fulham on New Years' Eve. How many will go through to Week 19? Good luck to all!
