Bangkok Mass Transit Authority promises to solve the public bus shortage after people in the city made complaints on social media. The BMTA director responded to the criticism and called for patience. How can they complain they have the same work ethic as the one that complain  if you to lazy or not smart enough or just not want to do your job you can not complain about somebody else i know its the thai way to blame everybody but yourself but try to think about it a little they not different then yourself
