The Thai PM has defended the government’s performance since seizing power in a military coup 8 years ago. Move it forward... Like a snail, yes. Throw all those restrictions away, not one by one. 

+ I've just read about that casinos will maybe become legal. That will put a lot of people back, instead of forward.

Just because the General says it’s so, doesn’t make it so. Only in his mind maybe. This is a very SLOWWWW recovery and the total impact will continue to be felt for years. 
One way to “move forward” is to get rid of that ridiculous emergency decree. 
Another is to relax the rules on entertainment venues and make masks optional. 
Still another is to stop treating foreigners and expats so badly. There’s really no need for that.
