Tourist operators and Thai AirAsia frustrated with Thai authorities pushing back reopening for one (more) month...

-the Gov target of 70% vaccination has been plain to see from the outset. The extent to which authorities have flip-flopped isn't admirable, but big businesses make their own projections. Daily vaccination rates are simple inputs into these calculations, and, on a straight-line basis, it will, nationwide, still be difficult to attain 70% before mid-November.  

OR did the Big Boys just think that a strong Government lobby would enable them to dictate the terms, ignoring the level of full vaccination amongst the population?
