Pan fried pork chops with onions and peppers in red wine vinegar 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1st time cooking with red wine vinegar

 

 

 

I usually just use it as a dressing

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So was nervous and don't think I used enough

 

 

 

Wanted the peppers to be a bit more vinergary
