Maybe not. Big Joke has already dropped the complaint, according to the secretary-general of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), quoted in the English-language press.

If the Thai police spend half as much time fighting crime as they do fighting each other, there might be less mayhem going on.

Was 'Big Joke' just throwing mud at others to muddy the waters of his own alleged corruption? Got to admit that is how it reads to me.
