All these foreigners who are causing havoc will be arrested and with a simple penalty of 50baht they walk squat-free. These idiots must be put into thai jail for a week and then release them. For sure once back from the prison, they will become very noble.

I wonder how many Thais were arrested for drunk driving yesterday.

Last year, at about this time, the Bangkok Post reported, "In 2022, 15,609 people were found guilty of drunk driving

Just doing a little math, that averages to nearly 43 people a day.  Pretty sure most of them weren't foreigners, like this guy.  But let a farang get caught, and let's stop the presses!

Every country have double standards. Just don't talk about the law. Until now it is very obvious in USA among their citizens...color makes the difference there. The rule is simple. When one is a guest, behave as a guest. Do not try to behave as host. A foreigner is still a foreigner and a Thai is still a Thai. Every country need foreigner for their money only.....be it government, business or people. As long as a foreigner brings in money, he/she is welcomed and once the money is finished, he/she will be kicked out. That is the reality. So it is advisable for a foreigner to behave as such when in countries like Thailand. Why such things are not happening very rampant in Malaysia or Singapore? Becasue we don't give a dam shit for such behaviours. It will be nibbed in the bud.
