The last thing any man on earth wanted to hear is about others insulting him pointing his personal disability to perform. I am not surprised on the act of the person.

this is what happens , when society is educated to hide disability and to see it as something bad

i guess if disabled people would be able to defend themselves frequently , there would / should be a couple of more victims around

Sadly, a disability reclassifies you as a human being in Thailand.

Many of the norms that Thais can do legally are denied to the handicapped and disabled.

Went once with two very good friends (married, have jobs etc,) to the local Amphoe office, one blind in one eye, the other partial paralysis of the right side of the body. Both rejected as suitable witnesses.

Mentally 100%, physically bad luck. The local drunk pissed on Lho-cal was OK.  Go figure that one.
