Sandbox bookings

From the Bangkok Post: "At least 24,972 room nights have been booked for July 1-15, up from 11,000 room nights reported on Monday." If these numbers reflect only the 14 night sandbox requirement, that works out to about 1,700 arrivals for the first half of the month (figuring one per room). (Yeah, the real math is more complicated than that but it would be in that ballpark (or whatever sports stadium analogy is equivalent in your home country). https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/2141303/regulatory-chaos-spoils-phukets-reopening

also remember if the plane lands after 6PM that night does not count towards the 14 requirement. The real number may be even less then the 1700. But fear not while the virus sort of controls it self numbers are totally under the control of the ruling counter. Statistics can be made to say anything with a little creative thinking

Is that perhaps something like, "What time today will both the tourists arrive in Phuket?"
