this is not in the court documents.

I wonder why? here is a riddle.

What IS in the “ court documents” though …. and do pay attention as this IS the main issue and it concerns all tyrant state apologists….is that the Russian State Murdered 298 Civilians. Crime Solved.

Now shall we take the deflecting Putin-lover “riddle” and …. well we know what to do with it……

Clearly you have no knowledge about Europe. The situation of today was because the people of their countries wanted it. It is clarly you dont know the history of Europe, especially eastern europe! There were revolutions by the people and the wall fall because of the people in east germany and their revolution, same romania, poland, etc. Same the baltic states. Zero knowledge about anything in Europe but commenting on it?! Did you ever been in Europe??? Did you ever read anything about the fall of the wall? For sure not! And not anything about Romania and all other eastern european countries. Have you been in school or they never teached european history in your school?

Soviet mindedness of Eastern Europe:
Baltic states entered by Stalin.

Budapest 1956
Prague 1968

Solidarnosc Poland
Berlin wall...

let's count who is more?

I suppose the chaste USA is in last place on this list? right behind vegan Britain.

First let’s “count” all the actual freedoms & human rights in US/ UK against the fat zero of same in Russia & China.

That is a separate question no doubt considered by the court.

It is not THE question. THE Question is Why did Russia murder 298 civilians.

That is sorted, I think.

Because they thought it was Ukrainian An-26. An accident, so to speak.

Which is bad enough! Gunned down because someone thinks, your 777 is a Military Jet.

And so was Iran Air Flight 655 in 1988, too! An accident, the US thought is was an  Iranian F-14 Tomcat (we remember, the Shah, friend with US, got weapons, Khomeini not so much, but still kept them?)

My point, which you decided, that it  "is not the question here", is still valid:  The Airlines decided to fly there, over war ground. No plane there, to BUK in the Air.

Or: Yes, the "separatists" started the rocket. But with no target, it would not have happen.

Or would be an LH, KLM, Spore Airlines flight. A bit later!

That is named causality, Dude!

Your answer to a post  which is the answer to one of my posts.

Unless  you haven't read the quote, which would ignore the reason for the answer you are going to post something to, I don't need to look for a "hat which may fit or not". I just need to see that your answer is given to an answer about my answer to someone(s answer, ....)

🤣

Circumstantial at best ….perhaps ….not directly proven as being specifically named… you’d need a very smart lawyer if this went to court ! 😋🥸😌

The court in the MH17 case refused to consider versions not related to the Russian Buk

By the way, the Malaysian government does not share your enthusiasm for the conclusions of the Nthlnds court and encourages additional investigation.  Putin-lovers?

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad is confident that a neutral body must be created to investigate the tragedy, since the conclusions of the joint investigation team represented by Australia, Belgium, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Ukraine cannot be fair

No firm target ID ? Hold your fire.

Unless US military of course …..🤪

Might have been a Russian flagged  plane then !

You clearly do not know anything about the Ukrainian right wing (Nazis) they want a war they see it as an opportunity to seize government and they think that NATO will jump on n and crush the Russian forces.

I must confess I don't know about Ukrainian right wing, but I know Putin has the backing of a strong right wing mouvement in Russia, which sometimes help him fighting demonstrations.

you are a storyteller.

google Anatoly Shariy, journalist, for example. Ukrainian "democracy" for many years hunt him. At the level of top officials - ministers and presidents.

No story but fact. West recognizes Ukraine as a proper democracy although quite flawed & corrupt like any young democracy. So quite possibly it was rogue individuals “hunting”  this guy not the State.

So the court of the Netherlands took into account information on the presence of a Ukrainian fighter in the sky at the time of the Boeing catastrophe? Because there are similar evidence.

Fighter?
They thought they saw an Ukrainian army transport and only after shooting it down understood their mistake.

Or in fact he was a Russian Spy perhaps then subject to state execution.

There are some few anti - west pro- tyrant European socialist types here who ignore plain facts & never produce any hard facts of their own or reasoned case to debate,  just stupid “ narratives” against “ bad msm ( western)” and non- existent “ western aggression” with not one word against tyranny.

Often wonder why they don’t f*** off to live in Russia or China ……..they wouldn’t then of course to be able to afford living here talking shit from their armchairs……they are I imagine further encouraged by the constant re-election of socialists ( “ liberals”) in western countries at all levels..hoping perhaps for communism to eventually take over the world……

You should learn the difference between European socialists/Social democrats and communists.

no.  he was persecuted by the past president, the current president continued it.

There is plenty of evidence for this on the web.

it's funny that you call the opinion of some collective West as facts.

I will ask you a third time.

should the government ban civilian aircraft from flying over an area where there is fighting with rocket weapons?  I'm sure you will finally answer.

Ask an expert or find out yourself. Obscure fields of aviation law don’t interest me. Especially in cases of state murder.

there is evidence (including from pilots and employees of Ukrainian airports) that at the time of the Boeing crash, a Ukrainian fighter jet was in the sky in this area.

Perhaps a Russian spy . Perhaps under law. No interest. One man being persecuted does not invalidate the democratic status of a nation.

All misguided high minded fools on the road to Stalinism.

Yes.  after all, any democracy should execute every journalist accused of espionage.  why court?

Looks possibly like I wrote the bold opening sentence but I didn’t! Kindly delete and resubmit this post which I have reported.

Plenty of spies disposed of even by democracies without having a court platform to embarrass the state. this doesn’t interest me and off topic. Finished.

1 hour ago, KRLMRX said:

no, this is a real person who has been hiding from the embrace of Ukrainian "democracy" for many years. he even organized a party and participated in the last parliamentary elections in Ukraine, but the Ukrainian "democracy" beat and imprisoned his supporters.

Ukrainian democracy is flawed and very corrupt. Which is one reason it will never be admitted to NATO or EU. Putin knows this.

I really not sure if they are European, i read a lot of such nonsense often from the uk, usa, Australians, but I am aware they are nit in any way representives from their countries and I guess they not like them in their countries.

Few of them I recognize the “ type”’ .hard core socialist petty former union officials from UK or Australia and maybe socialist student idiot types who never grew up ! from Germany perhaps which you might recognize better.

Nobody recognized him as a spy, except for several people in the government of Ukraine, whom he accuses of stealing and covering up murderers and whom the West considers democratic.

and I'm not interested in your topic about the Boeing shot down by Russia, because Malaysia recognizes the court's conclusions as untenable.

Finished.
