Like @Bluesofamentioned this can suggest BangCock Cable which just means... more sparks from Sparkie.
When it comes to electric you can better be safe then sorry.

It certainly gets eaten up, building your own house. But the pleasure & satisfaction, is great.

Hope it doesn't get trashed though, when we all come to the housewarming.

Has my invite got lost in the post ..?

😂😂😂

Am sure this wont happen to Gmoney, but this housewarming comment remids me of 2 friends who married women from "different" cultures and unexpectedly had their homes filled with her relatives.

Had a friend in Alaska who "retired" at 62 and built a big house for his wife in Nicaragua. He met her at the seafood plant we worked at and had never even been to Nicaragua.  She moved her whole family in when the house was finished and he ended up returning to Texas to work as he could not take it, was looking for a quiet life fishing, exploring, and alone time with his relatively new wife.

Another high school friend in Arizona married a Navajo lady and when they returned from their honeymoon, her family was living in his house unexpectedly.  He was 35 or so and parents left him the house.

Not under "build a house" topic, just some funny memories it triggered.

And yes I also am expecting an invite to the housewarming - 555

Feel free to vent anytime on this thread. I was a bartender for 12 years, so I am skilled at pretending I care...opps, did that just slip out?🤣

Sort of similar

My wife wanted to buy land from her Aunt, so we would be building a house right next to 2 of her Aunt's houses as well as some cousins houses nearby

I refused

And my reply was.........I wouldn't live next to my brothers and sisters, I'm not living right next to your family

My rule is any house built has to be 15-20mins away

Also, you do have to put your foot down and explain it isn't a "family" house

Do you need a drone pilot license to fly a drone in Thailand? Where did you get your mini? Thanks.

Your supposed to register your drone for a licence with the NBTC .

You may want to insure your drone against damage or injury it may cause.

No Roof work till Friday, so enjoy the Grand Hallway!

Looks good.  A mate of mine built a house and the corners of the walls kept chipping - they get hit with things and furniture etc. Solution was to render over a corner protector and then paint over that - he wished he had done it first time round.  Just saying in case not covered in the build plan.

Corner Protectors for Walls - Acrovyn, Rubber or Stainless Steel (c-sgroup.com.au)
