Nice, definitely has that low water, low maintenance West/Southwest USA vibe to it.   I did grimace a bit at first thinking of future dried up Bougainvillea leaves and flowers collecting in that big gravel trap.  One of those village made whispy type brooms ought to do the trick.  

Owl with pivoting head is very cool.  👍🏾  Some houses down around where I live - probably Thailand in general - use motionless Eagle figures, which seem to be effective for a little while, but eventually the pigeons get conditioned and wind up sitting and krapping on top of them as well.  LOL.
