I see there's a couple of recipes that have beef in them.

Do you use Thai beef or what?

I usually buy Aussie beef mince from Rimping here in CM.  Expensive but you know it will be tender.  I don't mind using Thai beef in a slow-cooked Asian-spiced stew.

There is some Thai 'Wagyu' beef mince available in Makro which isn't too bad.

Here is a little secret

If buying Thai beef, which is a bit tough

Marinate it with whatever you are using for a sauce/marinade(BBQ sauce, etc)

Add a cup of Coca-Cola

It will tenderize the meat

Phosphoric acid is one of the ingredients.

Add all ingredients to open Multi-cooker & bring up to heat
Ensure enough liquid to just cover Pork (add 50/50 water & tomato sauce if more liquid required to cover)
Put lid on cooker - bring up to pressure for 15 to 20 minutes

Thank you KaptainRob for your kindness. Looks delicious and sounds great!
Now I research the multi-cooker. I want to get one. Will my husband say yes 🤣?

I'm sure he will, but let me know if he needs his arm twisting, ok 😛

In most countries the basic MC's retail for around 2,000 thb/ $60, big name brands a lot higher, say $250.  I nearly bought an expensive brand with lots of programmable functions but I was worried it could get lost or damaged in transit, as checked baggage, so I opted for a basic model and it performs admirably.

I like the Tefal on the best so far. Looks great!

Looks super.  I also make pumpkin pies, using an Aussie recipe, as I often crave dessert with icecream or custard.   It freezes well too!

I used the Chef John recipe that uses condensed milk. Pretty easy too! I recommend swapping out the canned pumpkin with roasted squash. It tastes way better.

What about salads everyone? I like to try the different flavors and make something new.

Tomato, avocado, chilis, jalapeno peppers, sour cream, corn, seaweed and limes. With just a little minced beef. Yummy!

Looks amazing

Although I'm not a big fan of seaweed

My wife loves seaweed though
