Yet another pie in the sky plan put forward by the rich and powerful minority that control almost everything in Thailand to give the impression they care about the masses.

Total hypocrisy, "propelling Thailand from a middle-income nation to a high-income one", what nonsense !

Middle-income ? By comparison with which countries ? Sudan, Chad, Eritrea ?

The one positive thing for Thailand is its people rarely starve or lack water and that has nothing to do with the useless governing class but is thanks to nature.
