This is more than just watching cartoon "people" deliver the news.

This is insidious.

AI is going to detract as much, if not more, from our humanity and civilization than add to it. 

This is just the latest facet of unbridled technology that will contribute to our downfall as a society.  It will make the damage being done by social media look like a tea party.
