Gets everywhere, doesn't she, this 18 year old female..

Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg arrived in Ukraine to discuss the ecological consequences of the Kakhovka dam destruction with President Volodymyr Zelensky, the President's Office informed on June 29.

If it helps the Ukrainian cause by promoting  the subject  amongst the world's youth, then it works for the Ukraine.

Personally, I can't stand her and I find it offensive that she gets so much attention, despite her lack of education and lack of subject expertise. The reality is that she can get the message through to her age group. This is something the "experts" have not been able to accomplish, so I have to accept she can do something  more effectively that I can, and  must step aside while she does her thing, and not shake my fist like a curmudgeon.

Don’t imagine Ukraine cares a jot about Climate Change, Global Warming or Carbon Emissions when fighting to Exist.Nor does Third World also fighting to Exist by avoiding Disease, Poverty and Starvation.

Or is she there to promote a “Peace” that the two parties clearly don’t presently want ?

Only Third World action can effect these Emission type  issues and All TW has clearly and understandably Rejected such thoughts / actions.

UK responsible for 2% of above Green stuff so can disappear with no meaningful effect.

Yet dumb pc uk politicians determined to enforce this Green Eco nonsense.. at massive unaffordable energy & financial Cost to UK Citizens..

Collective Unachievable Western / UN Herd Lunacy ….🤣😩

Nah just a photo shoot etc to keep her in the news.  (Manager gets richer.)

Not even an imbecile would believe she was there to discuss climate change etc.🙂

Wonder who are the cheery companions with the look of "hell have no fury" expressions.

I'll have a guess. Mum and Grandmom. Same features, nose brow, eyes, chin and sultry mouth.

Wonder if they ever smile? 🤨

Greta. The definitive hoax.

Too many have bought into the green washing and great green lie.

And billions, if not trillions, of dollars p*ssed away on fantasy Green plans.

I wouldn't be so quick to congratulate or celebrate about getting the message through if the message is false.  Great!  She's effective at spreading nonsense and that nonsense resonates with her age group!

Need to step in front of her, not aside.

Ukraine is much more concerned with graft and money laundering than any of what you listed.  Except perhaps their existence.  Which admittedly is necessary for them to keep their operations going.

Who in their right mind would want to join the EU?  Well, being one of the most corrupt countries on earth joining the EU would be a good fit for them.

Well, it worked for Greece - for a while anyway. Loads of euros pouring into the country with zero accountability. An attractive proposition if you've reserved your place at the trough ...

The hatred directed towards her is way over the top. Moving away from fossil fuels is a good thing if for no other reason than fossil fuels are finite. Her crime seems to be, being an opinionated young woman. For which she is paying a premium price. And if her energies are misdirected (which I don’t believe they are) at least she stands for something. Which is more than what I can say for the majority of her generation, whose interests are lucky to extend beyond the latest clip trending on their social media account.

Now I’m tipping you’re an advocate of freedom of speech 23D. As a citizen of a country that facilitates freedom of speech she is entitled to take any position she sees fit on the subject. It would be a regressive step for any country that calls itself a democracy to muzzle its citizen based on their beliefs. We are in danger of becoming a society that is too quick to take offence. The implications of which, doesn’t need spelling out.

She always was.  She is irritating, condescending, loud, obnoxious  and clearly being manipulated by others. She has done her 'cause' no end of damage.

Yeah. Her 15 minutes expired some time ago. She made her loot.....the bottom line.

Yet, the charlatan greenwashing circle continues strong promoting the Big Green Lie with little real principle or ethics.

Oh well....

Yes I certainly am a free speech advocate Khunmark it's in danger of being eradicated due to cokeness and liberalism.

However there's free speech and support for a proscribed Terrorist organisation we can probably give Greta Thunberg the benefit of the doubt as she's not the sharpest tool in the box ( she should have spent more time in School) and she is a useful idiot.

Another point to note she never calls out China for it's pollution wonder why.
