Getting a Thai Pre Paid Credit Card

I've tried to navigate my way through the maze of unhelpful Thai banking websites, trying to find someone who issues a Thai ( Baht) pre loaded credit card, such  as the FairFx Multi currency card in the UK. I haven't been able to find one.  Plenty of ways you can apply for a regular credit card, but I don't want one of those.  I need one I can pre load in Thai Baht. It needs to be Mastercard.   I already have the FairFx MC card, which is okay, but the exchange rate is not too clever, Anyone got any suggestions?   Maybe the 'Wise' Card?
