I don't think it is case sensitive (and it definitely wasn't a "b" or a "B"). -

I agree, but they chose not to (probably to with his travel circumstances) and I suspect he took her to the UK on a Fiancee visa and they married in Glasgow as part of that Settlement process. -

News Forum - Thai police admit extorting money from Taiwanese actress
So we have established that There are many counties that suffer from corruption and Thailand is the focus of this thread. The question is, does anyone have a solution to this problem. We can't go on bagging Thailand saying that corruption is so endemic that it is impossible to stop. There must be a way Do you start at the top 'Power creates greed, greed creates corruption' Do you start at the bottom ' The only way to get to the top is to pay your way up' I don't have the answer but it seems that Singapore is pretty close to the end goal. I guess a government committed to paying government workers a wage sufficient to live well and implement penalties that reduces the temptation to participate in corrupt activities would be a start. This may require the people at the top to sacrifice some of their renumeration to achieve this. I have met many wonderful Thai people, who knows some of them may be able to achieve change.
