I love Thai food from the basic street food up to the so called 'Royal Thai Cuisine' and I love coconut milk but gotta admit most Thai desserts leave me cold

The Sarim dessert, in particular, sounds very interesting with its mix of sweet syrup, cold noodles, and coconut milk. My mum also likes adding coconut milk and organic beetroot powder to salads - it tastes fantastic! Thanks for sharing this article and introducing me to some delicious new dessert ideas!
