Once again, more heavy rain is expected to pour down on most regions of Thailand today and tomorrow. This includes the North, Northeast, Central, East, and South regions. The Thai meteorological Department says the monsoon trough is lying across the lower North, upper Central and lower Northeast of Thailand. So it takes a Professor of climate change to tell us that there might be more floods in September and October which is the annual culmination of  Thailand’s rainy season. His other pearl of wisdom is to suggest that Bangkok sorts out its drains in the next 6 weeks. They haven’t sorted them out in the last 50 years but no doubt Dr Seree Supratid’s warning will do the trick. 🙄🙄🙄
