With only the Leicester v Nottingham Forest game result to be added, it's not looking good in relation to points scored this week for a couple of the current leaders, which may be good news for the rest of the players.

I've pinned my hopes on throwing a baht into the local lake and making a wish this morning.
Mind you, I didn't actually throw it in, rather dropped it in, so in the event the result goes sideways, I can at least revisit and scoop my baht coin back out. 😉

Gameweek 9 results and player points completed.

FFFF week 9.xls

Considered a tough week to call the results, it certainly proved that way, with the exceptions of @DwizzleyMatthews and @Chaimai who both managed to deceive odds and score a ton apiece.

The previous leader of the completion @BigHewer scored poorly and lost ground, but remains in the lead, with last season's champion, @Marble-eye remaining in second and slightly gaining ground.

Let's hope gameweek 10 brings an improvement in players scores.

I would have done better if that pillock hadn’t got himself sent off after 8 minutes allowing the Toon to run riot !

Nobody forecast the toons to win this week. 'Nil poise' for all players.

Red cards, penalties, can change the course of a game in an instant.

Results and point scores for week 10.

FFFF week 10.xls

There are those that may consider this to have been a good week to collect some valuable points, whilst others were so near, but not quite and if only!

@Chaimai scores a ton for the second consecutive week.
@Faz eventually breaks his duck of double-digit scores and earns himself 110 points.
Whilst @BigHewer top scores with 120, extending his lead, and keeps up his remarkable run of scoring over a ton every alternate week.

Last season's winner @Marble-eye averaged a weekly score of 86 points, whilst @BigHewer is currently averaging a score of 93 points per week. Almost a 10% increase against the current champ, and a remarkable increase of more than 15% against his average weekly points tally for last season.

Is it confession time? Is he related to, or a friend of Marty McFly, and acquired a copy of that sporting almanac he brought back from the future?
