For those not aware, in the early hours of Sat 22nd April, I will be boarding an Emirates flight bound for Manchester, UK to visit family and friends. Hopefully, if all goes to plan, returning to Thailand on Mon 15th May (subject to obtaining a new passport).

I will continue to post fixtures and results during this period.

After this weekend's fixtures are completed, week 32 fixtures (only 8 fixtures) commence Sat 22nd April through Sun 23rd April. Week 33 fixtures then follow very quickly commencing Tues 25th April through to Thu 27th April, quickly followed by week 34 fixtures commencing Sat 29th April through to Thu 4th May.

To summarise;
Week 32 fixtures -  8 games commencing Sat 22nd April.
Week 33 fixtures - 10 games commencing Tue 25th April.
Week 34 fixtures -  13 games commencing Sat 29th April.

After week 31 results are finalised, due to my travel and busy UK schedule, I will therefore be posting fixtures for weeks 32,33, and 34.

Well, what a round of results.
There are those who will be pleased with their results and others wondering what happened.

We're at that point in the season, with clubs jockeying for European competition places and others fighting to stave off relegation, some unexpected results are to be expected.

I wouldn't want to predict 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th finishes, with Brighton and Aston Villa threatening to upset the 'big' boys, although I think it's a bridge too far for Liverpool to now finish in the top 4.
At the relegation end, it's looking more like a 5 way dogfight to avoid relegation, with West Ham and Bournemouth finding some form, leaving Southampton, Leicester, Nottingham Forrest, Everton and Leeds to battle it out. I certainly wouldn't have predicted Leicester and Everton to be in that position at the start of the season.

Week 31 results;

FFFF week 31.xls

Top scores this week are shared by Faz and @Slacker77 with 110 points apiece.
@BigHewer remains the overall leader, but with the points difference now cut to 20 points for 2nd place Faz. Plenty of points still up for grabs, though.

As previously mentioned, with flying to the UK, and an extremely busy first week lined up, game weeks 32,33, and 34 posted in advance.

What I never mentioned is that an old friend of mine I haven't seen for 5+ years, and an avid Man Utd supporter, who faired fairly well in life, has a season ticket for a private box at Old Trafford seating 4.
Although they now live in Cambridge, they travel to attend every home game.

I was recently informed arrangement have been made for my wife and I to be picked up, and driven to Old Trafford on Sun, 30th April, to watch the Man Utd v Aston Villa game, sharing the private box with my old friend and his wife.
One of my wife's requests was whilst in the UK to have her photo taken at the Etihad and Old Trafford stadiums, but thanks to an old friend, we're going one better than that, and she's ecstatic.

That's brilliant @Faz, I hope both enjoy it. You have some good connections, better than me. On my last trip to the UK, my cousin hooked me up with tickets to Barnet vs Tranmere Rovers. No transport involved and slightly obscured view.

The Arsenal wobble continues apace. 3-3 at home to the Saints? Next game away to Man City. Chelsea, Newcastle, Brighton after that. Arsenal are gone.

Manchester City champions (again). 😐
