Iran wanted to get nuclear weapons. Israel: Don't do it, or we'll attack you! The public: Yeah, nuke Iran!

North Korea wanted to get nuclear weapons. USA: Don't do it, or else we'll attack you! The public: Yeah, nuke North Korea!

Ukraine wanted to get nuclear weapons. Russia: Don't do it, or we'll actually attack you! The public: WhY tF aRe yOu stArTiNg a WaR???

I think war is always bad, and should never happen, but I literally went sick from the west's hypocrite bullsh*t. If there were 3 parts of the world who love to invade other countries, it's USA, Europe and Israel.

There was literally nothing going on and out of nowhere the USA and Europe started to say Russia is gonna invade Ukraine. Russia said it wasn't doing anything. Now that might have been a lie too because they had many soldiers near the border. But if you paid a bit of attention nothing happened until Ukraine started talking about going nuclear. It was in the news very briefly. Short enough to be ignored or forgotten. And after luring Ukraine into a conflict with Russia, NATO and USA ran away. They only seem to fight brown people who can't defend themselves.

We have to look at it from 2 sides. Not doing so, will never end the war (which most people try to stop by only looking at it from only one point of view🤪) To Russia and China, the west is the bad guy, to the west, Russia and China are the bad guys. Now who is the bad guy? We can say it's the east, but that's just because we are from the west. They can say it's the west, but that's just because they are from the east. We've all been exposed to our own propaganda and never learned to understand the other point of view. NOTE: TO UNDERSTAND DOESN'T MEAN TO AGREE! We've only been conditioned to hate the other side.

Did you know that a lot of the videos posted, were portrayed as real news but were actually fake? They were taken from movies, and god, even video games. How can you trust anything else they say?

The sad part is that people would blame Russia over an old video of war crimes which were done by the USA, Israel or Saudi Arabia.

And no, again, I don't support any war, and I'm not a huge fan of Putin, but look at the news and have your own opinion instead of blindly following what is said.

And before someone comes at me saying: So you love Putin? So you love war? So you love watching Ukrainians getting slaughtered? My message to you is, read my comment again, but this time not through your hate filter.

Over a millions arrived who where running from to get slaughtered in eastern europe and Germany. Mostly children and women, many children without parents. Come to europe to the trainstatiins where and tell your rubbish to them and tell to the people they don't know what happened also to families who lost family members or to the children who lost their parents. They are arriving permantly now there. Come away from your keyboard anonymity and go there!!!!

Both sides wanted to have Ukraine. I guess for all their resources. They couldn't care less about who dies. Both sides. The west's media is showing crocodile tears, but secretly I believe they hope that red button will be pushed so they can make more news.

But to go back to where I started, that both the west and Russia wanted Ukraine was just in the background. The trigger was that Ukraine made a statement that they wanted to go nuclear. Not even a day, could be 2 days later, Russia went in. I've literally heard them say it, and Russia confirmed that that was the actual reason. They couldn't allow Ukraine to get those nuclear weapons.

Again, I'll write this in advance for people who start claiming I love war, Putin and death of Ukrainians, hate democracy and all the bs. No, no, no and no.

Just pointing out things that weren't pointed out enough yet.

You haven't even read my full post without being open to it. How can we ever have a conversation?

I know, it's bad, it's terrible. But you don't even look at the bigger picture. You don't even read my complete post.

Have you also been so enthusiastic to help victims of the wars that the west started? I guess not. It's only ok when we do it.

About the fake news. The media even admitted themselves that they accidentally used fake videos.

All I'm saying is to just be careful what you look at and get angry about. Is that so bad? Well, it's 2022 probably it is.

Yes, I helped victims but they were not slaughtered from the west. Yes my generation experienced wars over the 90s, the balkan wars. And you???!!

You seem to be too pissed off to just talk about the topic from the middle point of view. I understand that you are angry, because that's the main goal right now. You may not even question some things for 1%.

I'd like to have a conversation but you only seem to react angrily and personal to react angrily and personal. Not to react to the real message in my posts.

Besides thats a crock. You actually disprove your own point. Russia had over a hundred thousand troops at Ukraine’s border for what a month or more. Yet it was Ukraine saying they wanted nukes only 2 days before that was the trigger. Never mind it would take several years or even a decade or two for Ukraine to accomplish that feat. I guess the Russians were just at the border by happenstance. Maybe it was a scout jamboree location. Here I thought it was the desire to join NATO that was the trigger. Now it’s some mythical desire to have nukes instead.

Cannon Fodder if at front line & no military training. Should have been used better in psych role to boost troops morale ?

Ukraine would never be cleared for nukes under non- proliferation treaty.

I guess you don't see ever killed children, civillians and how the european (Nato) troops had to go there otherwise they massacre all civillians. And do you think anybody in Europe would accept what you wrote before or anybody who had to serve at this time (in germany it was by mandate till 2011). Any eastern countries who were victims of the russians? What you want to tell them? You have no right to be a souvereign country or decide yourself for your country? You are not allowed to vote your own government? It is ok when your children get bombed and killed? What disussion?

"Dmytro “Dima” Martinenko, 25, was the leading scorer for FC Hostomel; the midfielder was named the best player in the second amateur league last season. He and his mother were killed when their home was shelled by Russian forces, according to reports. His 7-year-old sister barely survived."

I never cease to be amazed at how easily people are influenced by what they see on the TV.  Two weeks ago, not 5% of people could pick out Ukraine on a map and now, the percentage is pretty much the same.  However, after two weeks of relentless demonization of one side coupled with the utter silencing of any contrary or questioning narrative, people all over the world want to go risk their lives in a war they know nothing about, in countries they know nothing about, and where they can't speak any language involved.  The world gets more hopeless every day, both because of wars I don't understand but also because of the people, who understand less than I do, who fight in them.

Emotional Baseless Gibberish. Dismissed.

There was treaty in 1994 Paris where they gave back all their  nuclear arsenal to Russia and beeing a non nuclear weapon country, banned all nuclear wepons in the Ukraine and Russia, USA, France granted therefore the souvereignity of the Ukraine. Putin broke this contract already in 2014.

I had a nice long piece which I typed, which was thrown away because I've been reported🙂 I don't want to type it all again, so a quick highlight.

You constantly hear in the news about how Russia isn't prepared, drives tanks to random places, leaves soldiers at random places who have no clue where to go.

Unless they are complete dummies, they most likely haven't been prepared for this. Or else a country like Russia wouldn't make these stupid mistakes.

Which makes me wonder if there were actually soldiers at the border to prepare for this, or protect Russia from an attack?

I could be wrong, but how were they preparing so long and get into the war so unprepared...

Thai nationals, moved by footage of the conflict in Ukraine, are signing up to defend the country following the Russian invasion. Last week, the embassy of Ukraine posted on its Facebook page, appealing to foreigners to help the country fight the Russian offensive. According to a Bangkok Post report, a notice outside the embassy in Bangkok requests applicants to submit paperwork that includes evidence of military training via email. Volunteers must also pay for their own travel costs and related expenses. One volunteer from the southern province of Narathiwat says he was moved to help after seeing upsetting footage on […]

Sure I am aware about the putin propaganda you follow and some others. Same mindset, comments and away from any reality in facts. There are millions over millions in europe who witness everything, they not need to read anything to know whats going on!

Are you off your meds? I do not have an opinion about the latest conflict and made that clear in my first comment. You are yapping on about the effects of the war in response to people’s comments on the causes of the war and general observations. Enjoy gnashing tour teeth while weeping onto your keyboard for all the good that will do. I’ll watch the comedy channel until this war is over and continue to work studiously on the fine art of not giving a shit.

At least the Thai Mercenaries have there protector. There is a Ukranian pilot nicknamed the Ghost of Kiev who reportedly shot down 6 Russian fighters in the same day Earning him the nick name The Ghost of Kiev no one knows him or his name.

Yes dont quote me not interested on putin news or clowns. And for sure not any Putin apologists and sure people like you give a shit when civilians get bombed because you never had to cate for children. I am very quick aware of people who never had to care for others, families or children in their way to discuss things and their views on it. People who have children and not only care about themself have another view and their first view is of the wellbeing of these children and there is no apooligize for it and there is one agressor who is killing and bombing them. Don't quote me anymore!

You're the embodiment of the problem I was describing -- no desire to hear the other side of the story, just embrace and parrot what you've been told.  Thanks, but just give me that facts, all the facts, and I'll reach my own conclusions.

No you need to have a good hard look at the facts and figure out who has become the aggressor and is killing people. There is no doubt that the US and NATO have been provoking Putin for many years however Ukraine is a sovereign nation and has the right to exist and Putin has no right to invade, attack and kill innocent people. Especially civilians. He is ordering missile strikes on civilian housing with precision targeting missiles.

It’s hard not to quote you when 30% of the comments in this thread are from you. Why not take a rest and have a nice cup of stfu. You’ll feel better, trust me on this.
