There is no such thing as an "evil" country. There are evil leaders though, and back then in 1933 an Austrian was such an evil man and unfortunately became the "Reichskanzler" (Chancellor) of Germany. Stalin was said to be responsible for millions of his own people to die and Mao and the cultural revolution made millions starve because of the self-inflicted famine (plus those in working/re-education camps).
