Moving personal effects from Pattaya to Phuket

Hello,

Has anyone had experience on moving in Thailand? I don't have too much, a motorbike and maybe 150 kg of personal effects. No furniture or anything it will mostly be boxes and suitcases. I was thinking of posting my motorbike but is there a better more cost effective way to send it all down together?
