Masseuse pay on Thailand

So I walk into the average Thai spa (real health spa and pay ฿900 for a 2-hour aroma therapy massage. Roughly, how much of that ฿900 will the masseuse receive? (No additional options, just the massage.)

I have been told the masseuse receives 1/2.  This info came from the 200 baht Thai massage and 300-400 baht oil massage ladies here in Pattaya.

Make sure you give a decent tip, not less than 100 baht.

They work long hours, have to buy their own uniforms & often when there are few customers, can only earn 200 baht a day.

Be polite to them & don't ask for extras unless you are sure.

I don't think this is the case in Bangkok and like Dan suggested it was a spa.

Rent for a spa building is a bit higher then the massage parlor.

It also depends on freelance or employee and all this kind of stuff because there are parlors where the masseuses are sole employees. They just receive a 50B a hour, even with no customer.

On a 400 Baht hour massage, I tip 600.

Why you say? Its based on how good it was, will I come back, and is the girl available later as my personal assistant. To take a memo and get my dry cleaning and coffee of course.
