Well, I found this great website that ships to Thailand! Yeah!

Went to place my first order and currently there are several countries shut down for shipping, thanks to the China Virus.

I had a cubano in Nam which was quite good. I'd assume they might still have some. I'd assume a small quantity for personal consumption would be allowed for export. I'm surprised Thailand doesn't grow tobacco? Or does it?

But I try to avoid smoking, to give my lungs a chance against tuk tuks diesel fumes :-)
