Hi helpful people ;)

 

I was about to buy the medical  insurance for the Thai Pass but it gave me 2 choices  and I have only ever stayed on the 30 days visa on arrival, so I am  unsure what the other visas  apply to;

Can somebody tell me which option do I choose from below to cover me for 58 days on the 60days Thai  evisa

Is it the first choice or the second ?

 

Visa status ? 
Tourist/Free/On arrival visa       
Long Stay STV/ OA/OX / Non-Immigrant (O,F,B,IM,IB,ED,M,R RS,EX)
