Well that was 3 days of my life i will not get back due to migraine headache. It has been several years since my last bout of migraine and would not wish it upon anyone as your life just stops and cannot bear any daylight and must live in dark rooms with curtains pulled and blinds down.

Feeling on top of the world now and easing myself back onto my Digital friends

Sorry to hear of that horrible 3 days, Andrew . . . I was wondering where you'd disappeared to!

You're OK for plenty more digi-time, now, I'm sure we all hope.

Thank you king Cotton and did not enjoy that enforced absence.

Back to normal from tomorrow and now going out for a decent walk
