Getting a Non B + Work Permit via setting up my own Company

Anyone actually successfully get a long stay visa via this method? I have spoken to them and they suggested that it's possible to obtain a work permit via this method

The rough process is

- Setup a virtual office (https://unionspace.co.th/virtual-office-bangkok.php)

- Setup a Thai Company (https://unionspace.co.th/company-incorporation-thailand.php)

- GET NON B (3 months)

- ENTER Thailand from overseas

- Hire 4 Thai Staffs

- Extend Non B

- Get Work Permit for 1 year

They quoted THB125,000 for the entire process. Does it make sense? and they say it's possible to extend it provided my Company qualify next year based on certain amount of revenue and tax paid.
