Well, they did find Puchana and Kasalong concrete stuffed bodies in the Mekong river.

Someone (he who shall not be named) has their own private prison that is never checked for human rights violations. Probably a good place to start, if not there, then bobbing about in oil drums I would think.

He may also be trying to take the heat off his friends in Myanmar, feel sure the Junta hate having AI so close and reporting directly from near the Thai /Myanmar border with live uploaded stories of atrocities.
