Managed to get to the Flower Festival a couple of years ago.  Thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend, the flower floats, beautiful, and the biggest parade I have ever attended (goes for hours) were fantastic some of the best I've ever seen, everyone in Chiang Mai was in party mood.     

A "must do" everyone.

I’ve been to the Chiang Rai Asean Flower Festival, though never made it to the one in Chiang Mai. I was never there at the right time. The smaller Chiang Rai event is a spectacle in itself, so Chiang Mai’s event must be quite something.

Mount Everest and the Pacific Ocean are 'awesome' chiang mai is a polluted northern city. Too easy and not long enough as usual.

Missed the oldest temple question, while I have probably been in all of them I rarely remember their names .

Guessed the last question correctly plus the other 3 I kinda knew

Same here on the temple as just thought it was the big huge towering one with the stupa. Once upon a time you could climb up the steep stairs there and look in. I had the pleasure of doing so over 30 years ago. All the other questions were easy.
