Problems with Thailand pass

Myself and my friends have applied for Thailand pass five days ago from Canada and Ethiopia.  All of us received access codes immediately.  However,  when we check the status, it says, "The information is not registered". That has happened to all of us. Anyone knows what it means. We tried emailing the support line, embassy, etc without any response.  Do we need to reapply? Please help!
