It is a total failure so far. I have 4 relatives who bought the plane tickets, insurance, 1 days quarantine at Sha hotel- pre paid, arriving in Nov 20. After 5 attempts finally a “Sucess” screen and confirmation email, but since then 3 days a have passed and no Thailand Pass or status report. As a result, 3 other relative who were planning to come from another country have cancelled their plans to come to Thailand.

The wait specified was NOT a week. It was 7 business days which is more like 9-10 days

Looking at the poll they just highlighted..the bottom 3 lines are 59%, 6%, & 5%.. A whopping 70% who are fed up/not bothering/ not been approved etc.. THAT is the figure the Thai Gov needs to be taking note of..!
