No you miss the point. The Thai Ministry of Arrogant Morons published the video so that it knew anybody viewing it  because they thought Thailand was the place for them to holiday currently, would be total fools, hence just the types that the Thai government and their pals want to see come here and  relieve them of their money with all of their entry/hotel stay scams. You see quite simple.

Not for the TP application process, which you should submit well in advance of your trip.

The pre flight PCR test must have results issued within 72 hours of departure.
