K- Bank Phone App- AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Anyone else have this amazing K+ phone app crash on them every time? I get to this first screen, follow the instructions, and then it justs shuts off.

Did a few times and went to local branch with this on screen and a very pleasant lady played with it for awhile and no longer a problem. 

Have no idea what she did or how she did it, but that was some 6 months ago and no further probs.

Are you running a VPN on your phone? Many things digital really like to be routed through a Thai server to validate your location.

The first time initialization does seem to required WiFi. So, if you're at KBank, trying to set it up without WiFi, that will happen. I went home and was able to complete with no issue.

Mine always works fine. I had a problem with K cyber a while back that required a password reset. The person at the branch quickly solved the problem. Great service.
