Nice update, things are coming along well! Two points that stood out:

1. You’ve replaced your Houston Astros hat with a Texan flag cap. 

2. I’ve finally worked out that you’re a TCU fan, with your exterior color scheme and various violets and bougainvilleas outside now that the garden is up and running.

Nice, definitely has that low water, low maintenance West/Southwest USA vibe to it.   I did grimace a bit at first thinking of future dried up Bougainvillea leaves and flowers collecting in that big gravel trap.  One of those village made whispy type brooms ought to do the trick.  

Owl with pivoting head is very cool.    Some houses down around where I live - probably Thailand in general - use motionless Eagle figures, which seem to be effective for a little while, but eventually the pigeons get conditioned and wind up sitting and krapping on top of them as well.  LOL.
