Vague ideas that appear to want the country to move up the value added chain. Necessary to attempt a breakout of the middle income trap. Only problem is two of the critical steps in doing so are the reduction in corruption and bureaucracy. I don’t see  any points on those.

5. The proposed plan stresses the need for Thailand to be prepared for futures issues that may arise and ready to meet any unforeseen global challenges that may arise in the coming years.

So if that is taken literally, then he or they with a substitute Junta fathead plan on keeping the power.

When our illustrious leader seized power came free us in 2014, he said one of his priorities was to rid the country of corruption.
You must have blinked and missed it. He probably wrote a song about it.
It was the same time he was going to overhaul the RTP completely. He doesn't lie deliberately, he just has delusions of adequacy.

Won’t matter when they become the AI hub for for self driving cars and self riding motorbikes.

There's only a "1point" plan required to get Thailand back on track......get rid of Prayut Chan-O-Chan and his inadequate cabinet! These guys are light weights on the political stage,  and now the Biden administration is favoring Singapore and Vietnam over Thailand in the Indo-Pacific alliance...speaks volumes on the success of Prayuts governance!
