In Cape Panwa, Wichit late last night, Phuket police raided and shut down an illegal gambling den and arrested 15 people there. The raid came just after midnight early this morning or late last night as Region 8 Police captured 14 people, all aged between 44 and 58 years old. The police also confiscated hundreds of green cards and orange cards, a variety of poker chips, a deck of playing cards, a counter, and a tablecloth used for gambling among other items. Didn’t think police worked that late…. Must have to now that the brown envelopes are not appearing in the post.

But this cannot be, according to the PM, MP's, government there is no gambling in Thailand, same as there is no Corruption or Prostitution, so it must be fake news. 555

Did the officers bring a few plastic bags each in case the den owner needed convincing to admit? Or is an environmentally friendly "bag for life" now standard issue (and appropriately named) 🤭

They could make them swallow a chip and refuse to give them the Heimlich Maneuver until they tap out. No plastic polluting bag necessary.
