Yet again another story to prove that the public medical services in Thailand are not 1st world standard. They are in some hospitals, but in the vast majority they are 3rd world level.  Get insured or have a medical fund bank account - use private hospitals.  You know that this is only the tip of the iceberg - defamation laws prohibit negative publicity in Thailand - whether true or not. This Thai bloke/family must be desperate to risk being sued.
