The haze is due to the uncontrolled burning of sugar cane fields and paddy fields afert harvesting season. When there is heavy rain it is flushed out. During dry season it is beyond control....that is the main issue. Are the going to implement strict rule for fixing catalytic convertor or filter for all those heavy vehicles that enters BKK
