Last nights evening meal the classic Pad - beans on toast.  Some habits are hard to forget. My wife's favourite Thai food is chickens feet, I usually leave the table when she is munching thru a plate of those.

First attempt at making a Pizza, Phad Krapow moo it was very good, cooked in the air fryer as the oven has broken down

Thats why it's small size

Also spelled 'sataw'.   It is known as 'stink bean' for very good reason and we love them!  My wife buys wholesale from Chumpon and shares 5kg around among friends with any excess going in freezer .... if not already consumed raw or cooked in stir-fry.

Apart from other nutritional benefits and some smelly side effects: "beans are rich in fibre, iron, potassium and tryptophan — an amino acid that may help boost mood and sleep"

Where is your culinarily sense of adventure?  lol  I have eaten chicken feet many times, much to the delight and amazement of my Thai friends.

I am with you on that as I think to chew on grizzle is hardly enjoyable. However surprisingly there are apparently some benefits

I have eaten them many times and it is sometimes a thing made in my house. But for me, give me the choice of rice field rat or chickens feet, and hands down it is rice field rat by the long win. Just don't get the why out of that one.
