The legal petition argues that these statements have damaged Chalerm’s reputation and subjected him to public contempt and hatred.

"This legal action underscores Chalerm’s determination to protect his family’s reputation and integrity"

This family seem to have NO honour at all. Kill a man and then go and hide abroad are the actions of a coward and low life and ANY actions taken to defend a person doing this shows that the person taking that action is also a low life. This legal action by the super rich family is nothing short of bullying to stop the truth being spoken about their lack of any honour.
