No complain....no issue. It could be an accidental touch. Normally if any stranger grop the breasts of a woman, there is a rejection by way of screaming or some other actions. Remaining calm and quiet only hint accomodating that act. She can always pinch the intruding hand or use a sharp object to pierce the skin. Once done, there will not be any repetition of such intruding incident. No point in keeping quiet at that juncture and putting on FB to become famous.
